These Terms govern the relationship between users of the WSUPP platform and WSUPP. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.

2. Account

You must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

  • No spam or unauthorized bulk messaging
  • No illegal, obscene, or harassing content
  • No violating channel providers' terms
  • No compromising system security
  • No reverse engineering or reselling

4. Channel Integrations

WSUPP connects to WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Telegram, and TikTok. Their own terms apply. WSUPP is not responsible for third-party changes or outages.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans auto-renew. Cancellations apply at period end. No refunds for unused periods.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform components are WSUPP's intellectual property, protected by applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." WSUPP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction.
